Places are available as a single or as a double for two guests sharing. Partners joining for the stay but not the programme are welcome under our companion rate — which covers transfers, accommodation, breakfast, three dinners and wine.

Dominic has spent a lifetime writing about the way food connects people — to place, to memory, to each other. This residency is a rare chance to spend five days inside that world. Not a masterclass. Not a holiday. Something quieter and more lasting than either.
